An application for a Zoning By-law Amendment has been made by Ms. Margaret Walton, Planscape Inc., on behalf of Minor Bros. Farm Supply Ltd. (Harold Damude and Marion Damude, owners) for lands described as Part Lot 159 and Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4, Plan 59R13937, Thorold.  The subject lands are located on the south side of Highway 20, on the west side of Cataract Road and north or Hurricane Road.  The purpose of the proposed zoning By-law Amendment is to add a farm service and supply establishment as a permitted use on the subject property.
